T-Ball games began this week. I'm sure there will be plenty of updates as the season goes on, but here are the highlights from this week.

Brayden got to be the first up to bat at his first game.

Home Run!
At this age, the rules are that there are no "outs." Each child gets to bat and run the bases. The last batter always gets to hit a home run. During the last inning (we had 3 total) they reversed the batting order, which meant Brayden was up last and got to hit the home run.
(The other team happened to have black and white uniform, too.)

The second game was pretty chilly.

Driller's Mascot-- Hornsby, The Blue Bull.

Brayden went to two bowling birthday parties this week. After being to the bowling alley twice and not bowling myself, I've determined to go back sometime soon.

The girl in the middle is named Laney--not "Brayden upside down." Nathan's mom made these awesome shirts, but somehow one didn't get made for Laney, so she got the "extra." I guess they had made Brayden's first and accidentally done it upside down. Good thing! Otherwise there wouldn't have been an extra shirt. Laney was so good about it. She didn't even complain.

"Nathan's Pin Pals."
Kylee decided to "help" with the Laundry, which means pulling all the clothes out of the basket and playing in the empty basket.

On this particular day, she had her play food in the basket with her.

Turns out, she got some buns stuck to her buns.

Kylee all pretty for church. It is so much fun to dress her up--
In a few years she won't let me, so I try to enjoy it while I can.
