Last week was Enrichment-- the first one in a while that I haven't been a part of planning. The them was "Becoming a 10 cow Woman." We had a luau, watched clips from Jonny Lingo and then had classes: Holy Cow (spiritual), Cash Cow (budgets), Cow Tipping (inexpensive family activities), Mad Cow (relaxing/de-stressing), The Cow jumped over the moon (goals), and Chewing the Cud (getting to know one another/social).
It was awesome. I am not ashamed to admit I got teary-eyed during Jonny Lingo. Yep, I'm a little emotional right now.

Hawiian Haystacks. Yummy and easy.

Erica made this grass skirt by hand because she was afraid she wouldn't be able to find any decorations. Yes, she tied everyone of those ribbons on. My fingers hurt just thinking about it.

Luckily, they found some decorations. Apparently, September isn't the best month for luau supplies.
Jodi, you did an awesome job.
