Grandma and Grandpa Great

We sent Monday and part of Tuesday at my Grandparent's house.

I met a friend, Jen Black for lunch while Jessica was kind enough to take my kids outside with Ellie for one last romp in the snow.
Snow much fun. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

Getting suited up and ready to go.

Sadly, I didn't take many pictures at my Grandparent's house. But, I had a great time. We played several rounds of Quiddler and a round of Hand and Foot. I love to play games with my Grandparents and these two games are our favorites.

It was snowing on Monday night, so Grandpa and I went to pick up some pizza and bring it back. Yum, The Pie Pizzeria brings back memories for me. Grandma and I even watched the last few minutes of the Bachelor, which is a show that I watch with friends in grad school and it is one of my favorite memories. It's probably the reason I still follow the show, despite the obvious cheesiness of the whole thing.

On Tuesday, Gpa and Gma took us to the airport, where we found out our flight was delayed. We went all the way back to their house and played a few rounds of dominoes and Kylee took a quick nap. Then it was back to the airport. I was so grateful that they were willing to make two trips rather than have me sit at the airport for a long time with my kids. Dominoes was so much better.

Overall, this was an awesome and much needed trip to Utah. Thank you to all of my family for the wonderful time.

It's refreshing to one's soul to be with family for a while isn't it! We only lived in Mississippi two years but travelled back to Utah 3 times for visits in that time period.
