Happy Sugar Cookie Day

This year, we did Valentine cookies. In this picture Trevor, Natalie, Brooke, Kylee, Brayden.
I bought a box of 101 cookie cutters. Only one melted in the dishwasher, so we have an even 100 now.

Let the frosting begin!

Even Kylee was pretty good at it. Although, she was more interested in eating the M&Ms that were for decoration.
Becca stayed with her kids to help out, I was really happy she did.
Frosting-nose.
Colin was too small to do cookies, but he had fun running around.

Brayden and Kylee lucked out in the mail department this week. They got Valentines from the Hawkins.
and sticker-cards from Grandpa D. (There were also some chocolates from Grandma and Grandpa Great, but only one package came--the one for Kylee. Our mail is really weird here, so I'm sure on will come for Brayden this week sometime. Then the kids will get to open mail again!)

My handsome hubby. He volunteered to go on a hike with the Young Men because there was no school on Friday (the boys were free) and he didn't have to work on Friday--oh, and because he LOVES to hike. I had to laugh when he got home because his face was sunburned! Usually, he thinks he in too invincible for sunscreen, but not in New Mexico. (Good, he'll use it in the future.)

Yes handsome taylor, and I see he still insists on wearing his hair like he's in the army.
