Right when I started "announcing" that we are having a baby in October, my friend began planning a Halloween baby shower. We had talked about Holloween decorations, games, costumes, and even discussed details like eyeballs in the Jell-O. Unfortunately, we are moving before this party, so I guess I miss it :( Nevertheless, some friends put together a dessert pot-luck shower on short notice, and I am grateful. It was a fun time!
The invite
One of the gifts was a diaper cake. I have been told about these several times, but haven't actually seen one at a shower (that I can remember, that is). It was so cute.
Deanna made this blanket for our baby girl. So soft and I love the colors.

How nice of them to throw you that shower. I can't believe you are moving again...and back to OK! I am sure it will be hard to move again... but you will make more great friends... like you always do. How fun that so many of you in NM were pregnant together. Wish I could help you pack or watch the kids. How far is his city from where you were before in OK? Too bad we never got together while you were in NM.
