Because Halloween fell on a Sunday this year, we stayed home and did sugar cookies.
My kids love to do this. Even though I store bought the dough and it was terrible and I threw the cookies away, they had a fun time making them!
Mikayla spend the evening hanging out with us and occasionally paused long enough to catch some of "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown."
All four of the decorators made a "Haunted" house. We also handed out candy, which was really fun for all of us. I think the kids were doubly lucky this year to enjoy the holiday from both the trick-or-treating and the trick-or-treated sides this year.
