Homecoming Parade

Kylee's dance studio participated in the Jenks High school Homecoming parade. Kylee chose to wear her princess crown for the occasion. We have discovered that she is an accessory girl. If she has the princess dress-- great; but what she really wants is the crown, necklace, bracelet, ring, shoes, socks, and lip gloss!

Parents were not required to walk with the parade, but I didn't know that I wanted Kylee to be without adult supervision--particularly at the end when everyone is trying to find their parent. I was completely impress when Taylor volunteered to walk with all those girls in pink! They let him wear a black shirt, so his manhood wasn't compromised. He was awesome.

The float-riders all got wedding-favor type bubbles to keep them busy during the ride.

Kylee got to sit by her friend, Lily, which was great! There was also a mom from our ward that road the float with the girls. We didn't know she was going to be on the same float, so that was a nice surprise.
