The Saturday before the 4th of July, we went to Bartlesville to celebrate Brayden and Kylee's birthday with their Dickerson Grandparents and to watch fireworks.
Brayden opening some magic tricks and activity books. His favorite is a light that attaches to his book.
Kylee also got some activity books and other toys. Her favorite is a fuzzy princess pen.
For this birthday gathering, Brayden chose brownies and Kylee chose licorice.
The family waiting for the fireworks to start at the Vaclaws. This family does an increasingly large firework display every year and Taylor's dad co-ordinates the show to music.
The show started with the National Anthem and the release of floating lanterns.
I was worried about how Mikayla would react to the noise, but I didn't need to. She was amazed! It was fun to watch her excitement.
