Happy Thanksgiving!
Each preschool class had to make a center piece for the preschool thanksgiving potluck. This is our class's. The Turkey is a block of wood with a Turkey head on front and feathers, including the kid's hand prints, on back. The pumpkin was 75% off at Target after Halloween, and the kids fingerpainted the leaves (in the bag) to spread on the table.
Mikayla getting ready to sing "5 little turkeys" for the parents. Can you spot her?
While Taylor had the saw out to cut some wood for the turkey centerpiece, I also asked him to cut some blocks for a pumpkin craft I've been wanting to do.
Kylee helped me do a center piece for our own Thanksgiving dinner.
We didn't have place cards, but Kylee wanted to make sure I knew where to sit, so she wrote my name right on my plate. So thoughtful!
Dinner was fantastic! We had the Binghams, Huckells, and Williams over and they all brought some items, so it wasn't too much work for anyone.
The kids almost all fit in the kitchen while the adults ate in the dinning room.
