Our first egg hunt of the season was with Grandma and Grandpa Dickerson

Mikayla using the hose attachment to serenade us after the hunt.
Our second egg hunt was at a local church
Mikayla was excited and ready for the hunt to begin!
It's a really good thing they divide the kids by age group--some of the youngest just aren't in much of a hurry.
After the hunt with her friend, Avery.
Me :)
After the hunt, I took the older two kids in for a carnival and Taylor took Mikayla to Lowe's to buy some flowers for the yard.
Goofing off! The carnival was great this year. They had a few rides outside in addition to the inflatables, face painting, and free food.
Taylor has a patient that raised chickens and donated a couple dozen brown eggs to our Easter. We threw in a few white eggs because we didn't know how the brown ones would hold the color.
Patiently waiting
All the eggs turned out great. The lighter the egg, the more vivid the color.
The kids had fun Easter Baskets that of course included a chocolate bunny:
(I have since changed my table cloth!)

Our kids were also blessed to get a package from Grandma and Grandpa Faber and Grandma and Grandpa Great. ( I may have helped them eat a few of their goodies. . . .) Thank you!
