Brayden woke us at 4:00am, before our alarms even went off, so we wouldn't miss the plane. Our flight left at 7:40, we had a layover in Phoenix, and then arrived in Seattle without any problems. We met the Faber clan--All 39! for a charted bus ride through Seattle and to the dock where we boarded the Carnival Spirit and left port at 6:15. We enjoyed the evening getting settled in, eating, and doing a little trivia. David and Lauren both were chosen to be contestants on Game Show Mania and they did great. Lauren answered a "name that tune" question as "The march of the graduates" and David did an awesome dance while in "time out" for answering too many questions in a row. Taylor took Brayden swimming with his cousin Ellie. Kylee gets to sleep in a room with Lauren, Shelly, and Nikenzie and she is excited to be with the big girls. They really make her feel welcome.
My Grandma and Grandpa. We took this trip with them, their three sons (and spouses), their 19 grandchildren (and spouses-for those who are married), and 7 of their great grand children. Thirty nine of us in all! I am so grateful for them for arranging this trip so we could all be together.
