Level 3 complete

I've been taking some Wilton cake decorating classes since we moved to Las Cruces and this week I completed course 3.

The final project was a small wedding cake.

The top layer was chocolate with white icing and the bottom was yellow with chocolate icing.

By far, the hardest part was hand making each and every rose and leaf out of fondant. I saved a few--I figure I'll use them on Kylee's birthday cake.

It looks fabulous! You can now safely say that you have made more wedding cakes than your culinary-graduate sister.

Tell Taylor Happy Birthday for me in case he didn't check his email. Also I think I need your current phone number, I still have a OK number.
